Return & Exchange Policy

In order to provide the best shopping experience to our customers, each product goes through a rigorous quality inspection before being shipped.

Only in the event that a product arrives damaged to the customer, we guarantee a 100% refund policy.

To receive a return label, please email us at customerservice@zartgallerie.com within 5 calendar days of receiving the damaged item, with the subject line "Damaged." Please include the order number, a detailed description and the pictures of the damaged product, in order to have an expeditious refund experience.

Once the damaged product is received and inspected, Customer can choose to either receive the same product in the same color and size at no additional cost or get a 100% refund in the original form of payment.

All other sales are final unless otherwise stated.
